A growing event marketing and logistics organization in Carrollton, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Warehouse Receiving Clerk will support inbound shipments, inventory organization, materials reconciliation, and warehouse quality control. • - Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against shipping documents, quantities, tracking information, and purchase details.
• - Document shortages, damages, shipment discrepancies, and receiving updates with accuracy.
• - Photograph incoming materials as needed and maintain organized receiving records.
• - Store inventory in designated warehouse locations and support accurate material organization.
• - Reconcile materials returning from events, client projects, and fulfillment activities.
• - Assist with packing, fulfillment, quality control, and general warehouse organization when needed.

• - Pay: $20.00 per hour.

• - Receive and inspect inbound warehouse shipments.

• - 1 to 2 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and material handling.
• - Comfortable reviewing shipping documents, tracking information, and receiving records.
• - Basic computer skills, including email communication and data entry.
• - Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• - Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across warehouse functions.
• - Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
• - Ability to stand and work throughout the shift.
• - Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• - Experience with warehouse receiving processes, inventory control, fulfillment, or event logistics.
• - Prior experience documenting shipment discrepancies, damages, and material returns.
• - Familiarity with organized warehouse storage, quality control, and packing support.
