Corporate Fulfillment Specialist

Location:

Carson City, NV. Full‑time, Monday through Friday. You will process orders related to corporate public record filing and retrieval.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Utilize systems to "build" transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing.
  • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents.
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations.
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and friendly manner.
  • Adaptable; eager to use new tools and learn new processes; strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Coachable; retains and implements instruction and training; asks questions when necessary.
  • Positive attitude; courteous and polite, especially when navigating difficult conversations or complaints.
  • Team player; works well in both team and independent settings; reliable and punctual.
  • Technical competencies: comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; interacts with Adobe PDF documents.
  • Can remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
