Session Storeroom Clerk - Carson

Job Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone and directs the calls to the appropriate staff or provides appropriate information.
• Greets the public and provides assistance and direction.
• Provides information and answers questions pertaining to Department events and activities.
• Receives, opens, and routes incoming and outgoing mail.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year of previous work experience demonstrating ability to perform essential functions of the work.
• Experience demonstrating general computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills, good public relation skills, and strong organizational skills preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience.

Frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; and lift and/or move up to 10 to 20 pounds.

Salary Grade: 41

Status:
Non Exempt

Schedule:

Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
