Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach you will lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the US. Your role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, resolve escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project schedules. Frequent travel across the US is required.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Coordinate with store leads, suppliers, and associates to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Supervise and develop hourly team members, recognizing talent and fostering career growth.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and report risks or issues.

• Primarily work overnight shifts of 10-12 hours.
• Travel up to 1,000 miles from home; 80% of the time away or 17-21 days at a time.
• Travel may change based on project workload.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Either 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of such experience.

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.

• Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000.
