About the Team

You'll join the Adoption & Value Realization team, focused on helping customers unlock the full value of their UKG solutions. This team connects learning, enablement, and customer outcomes to drive long‑term success and measurable business impact. We partner across sales, customer success, and product teams to create scalable programs that support customers throughout their lifecycle.

You'll lead the strategy and execution of monetized learning and enablement offerings. Your work will help expand revenue opportunities while improving customer adoption and outcomes. You will define and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for premium learning, enablement, and adoption services.

• Package and launch scalable offerings such as certifications, advanced training, and advisory services.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and go‑to‑market teams to build repeatable sales motions.
• Enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and training to position learning solutions effectively.
• Support customer lifecycle engagement by aligning offerings to customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic program development.
• Establish governance models and track performance using key metrics and insights.

• Experience in business development, program management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise building or scaling revenue‑generating services or programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive shared outcomes.
• Understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to align solutions to customer needs.
• Experience participating in and responding to RFPs.

• Experience in software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) or human capital management technology.
• Background in learning, enablement, or certification programs.
• Experience driving monetization strategies or commercial offerings.
• Familiarity with UKG solutions or similar platforms.

$129,500 to $186,100 base. Employees may be eligible to participate in a performance‑based bonus plan and restricted‑stock‑unit awards as part of total compensation.
