Develop, implement, coordinate, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and activities supporting Allied Health programs that provide a stackable entry to Nursing
Serve as a centralized coordination point among faculty, staff, students, clinical partners, and college departments
Facilitate communication, timelines, documentation, operational alignment, compliance processes, and program implementation activities
Coordinate operational systems, workflows, processes, and timelines across campuses
Serve as primary coordinator for assigned programs and track workflows and implementation
Coordinate day-to-day scheduling, logistics, communications, resources, courses, labs, simulations, equipment, instructional resources, and program activities
Maintain operational records, tracking systems, reports, and documentation for compliance, audits, program operations, and accreditation
Coordinate onboarding and operational support for adjunct faculty, instructional staff, preceptors, and program partners
Facilitate meetings, maintain timelines, track progress, document outcomes, and coordinate completion of activities
Support data tracking, operational reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Plan and maintain clinical and work-based learning experiences
Execute clinical and work-based learning placement processes
Manage program-entry and participation compliance processes
Manage onboarding and support for students, clinical instructors, preceptors, and site contacts
Maintain paperwork aligned with regulatory requirements and track participant progress and scheduling
Problem-solve operational issues
Support accreditation preparation, regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance reviews
Maintain working knowledge of accreditation standards, state regulations, and program requirements
Coordinate program development, revision, and implementation activities
Coordinate curriculum-office, leadership, employer, and community-partner collaboration
Track industry trends, employment opportunities, partnership needs, and workforce alignment
Coordinate employer communication and workforce engagement
Support student transitions to employment through employer and community-partner coordination
Track and evaluate operational, compliance, and student outcome data
Serve as a student point of contact for program processes, scheduling, requirements, and operational support
Coordinate referrals with advising, student services, faculty, and leadership
Support outreach, recruitment, and informational activities
Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related professional experience in healthcare education, workforce development, program coordination, operational coordination, or related field
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules, workflows, or multi-stakeholder processes
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree, such as an associate degree plus four years of related professional experience
  • A minimum of an associate degree is required
  • Knowledge of allied health and nursing program requirements and regulatory processes
  • Knowledge of operational systems coordination and workflow management
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards
  • Knowledge of student support systems and program implementation practices
  • Knowledge of workforce trends and healthcare industry needs
  • Knowledge of NSHE/WNC policies and procedures
  • Skills in program coordination and operational systems management
  • Skills in communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • Skills in organizational leadership and workflow coordination
  • Skills in problem-solving, operational implementation, and attention to detail
