Broadway Ventures in Carson City, NV is seeking a Call Center / Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Program to support provider enrollment and enrollment workflows. This on-site role is full-time, approx 90 days temp, Mon-Fri, day shift, with immediate start. You will conduct outbound calls, guide providers through enrollment and revalidation, track cases, and deliver a professional service experience.
