Call Center / Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Program
Broadway Ventures is hiring a Call Center / Customer Service Representative to support a high-priority, short-term outreach effort on a Medicaid healthcare program. This is a "white glove" service role — not high-volume commodity call center work. You'll be assigned your own cases and own them through completion: reaching out to healthcare providers, guiding them through enrollment and revalidation steps, and helping clear a processing backlog.
It's a fast-paced, higher-touch role for people who take pride in following a case all the way to the finish line. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
What You'll Do
- Manage assigned provider enrollment and revalidation cases from start to completion
- Conduct outbound calls to providers and respond to inbound questions
- Guide providers through enrollment/revalidation requirements and documentation
- Track case status and follow up proactively to keep cases moving
- Support backlog cleanup with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver a professional, service-oriented experience on every interaction
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Able to work onsite in Carson City, NV, Monday–Friday during business hours
- Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based work
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in provider enrollment, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare customer service
What We Offer
- Paid training provided at the start of the assignment — no prior experience needed to get up to speed
- All equipment provided onsite on your first day
- Health & Welfare benefit included in your total compensation
- Onsite work with a consistent Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
