• Experience: Ideally, 1+ year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred (but we are completely willing to train the right star who brings a phenomenal work ethic and a desire to learn a new profession!).
• Communication: Top-notch communication skills with a friendly, upbeat, and patient-focused personality.

• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety‑sensitive role; successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen is part of the process. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA health and safety guidelines to keep everyone protected.

• Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during specialized clinical procedures.
