Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental

Carson City Pediatric Dentistry – Full‑time position in Carson City, NV. Starting pay $18.25 per hour, depending on experience.

• Welcome families, greet and check in patients and parents with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Handle multi‑line phone systems, manage patient inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

• 1–3 years of professional customer service experience; dental or medical front office experience a major bonus.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer software and confidence handling multi‑line phone systems.
• Excellent communication skills, warm professional presence, and sharp attention to detail.
• Can‑do attitude, team‑first mindset, eagerness to grow into a long‑term professional role.
• Successful pre‑employment drug screening; safety‑sensitive position. Adheres to CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.
