What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead lifecycle management of training materials for the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT)
  • Supervise a team of training developers and instructors to ensure effective training alignment with Army standards
  • Review and update the EWPMT Training Support Package to incorporate system updates and field feedback
  • Design and implement interactive computer-based training modules and comprehensive user guides
  • Ensure all training products support cohesive individual and collective training events
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in military training material development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Completion or ability to complete the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Developer Course and Instructor Course
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Willingness to travel, with an anticipated travel level of 5%-10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Expert knowledge of the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT)
  • Experience with instructional systems design principles and adult learning theory
  • Familiarity with Army training doctrine and the development of Training Support Packages (TSPs)
  • Proficiency in using the TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical information
