Job Summary

This position will provide assistance for the Western Nevada Musical Theater Company (WNMTC) productions.

Employment Type

Part‑time, temporary/seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool. Positions will be filled from this pool as vacancies occur.

Responsibilities
  • Loading trucks.
  • Moving sets.
  • Hanging backdrops.
  • Hanging lighting equipment.
  • Organizing work spaces.
  • Supervising volunteers during load‑in.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Should know how to hang backdrops and understand a rail log.
  • Experience moving, painting, and performing other manual tasks is preferred.

Employment is contingent on completion of appropriate background verification, which may include criminal history, credit history, sex and violent offender registry, education verification, licensure, and employment history to be administered by the Western Nevada College Human Resources office.
