Pay Rate: USD 30.00 /hr - USD 40.00 /hr
Qualifications- Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English. Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Technical school diploma
- Proficient in 3D CAD (NX or Key Creator preferred; Solid Works acceptable)
- EDM and CMM experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining processes
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Calibrate tools and fixtures
- Create and update CAD models and drawings
- Scan and evaluate parts for accuracy
- Assist with tool design, manufacture, and documentation
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Collect and analyze manufacturing data
- Develop work instructions and specifications
- Drive lean and continuous improvement practices
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
