Network Specialist - Outside Plant Engineering

• Design OSP projects and supervise consultants coordinating outside plant field construction
• Provide technical support for special request projects and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements
• Conduct audits of OSP projects and coach consultants for accuracy and consistency
• Review reports from field personnel and contractor invoicing for project management
• Create and analyze network designs for OSP teams using GIS tools

• Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Proficiency in GIS, ESRI, ArcGIS, and/or spatial analysis
• Strong leadership and communication skills within the telecommunications industry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work cooperatively with diverse teams

• Experience in telephony or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of NESC construction practices and engineering standards
• Ability to read and assess fiber and/or HFC designs and prints
