- Supervise, mentor, and technically guide junior and mid‑level engineers and CAD/BIM designers.
- Review and approve shop drawings, supplier submittals, and RFIs; perform technical bid evaluations as needed.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines (highway, geotechnical, traffic, environmental) and external stakeholders (clients, subconsultants, contractors, and agencies).
- Support design‑build pursuits and proposals, including development of technical concepts, schedules, and level‑of‑effort estimates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of progressive bridge design and project engineering experience, preferably on New York State and regional transportation projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York and Florida (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi‑span steel and concrete bridge projects (new design and/or rehabilitation), including:
- Proven experience managing bridge design and design‑build projects for state DOTs or similar transportation agencies.

- LEAP Bridge (Conspan, RC Pier) or similar
- MDX / Merlin Dash, or equivalent girder design software
- Finite element analysis tools (e.g., LARSA, SAP
2000, STAAD, CSI products, or similar).
