- Manage all technical and design activities related to telecommunication elements of the project
- Produce technical documents including design and tender documents, and conduct design review activities
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance during various installation stages
- Provide solutions to contractor technical queries throughout design, installation, and commissioning phases
- Report on project progress and resolve design and technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years of related IT and telecommunications experience, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Proven managerial experience with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Active Secret security clearance
- Expertise in communications and IT operations, personnel management, and emerging technologies
- Strong presentation skills and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
