Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Calibrate tools and fixtures
• Create and update CAD models and drawings
• Scan and evaluate parts for accuracy
• Assist with tool design, manufacture, and documentation
• Perform first article inspections
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data
• Develop work instructions and specifications
• Drive lean and continuous improvement practices
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English. Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Technical school diploma
• Proficient in 3D CAD (NX or Key Creator preferred; Solid Works acceptable)
• EDM and CMM experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining processes
• Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
