Job Overview

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for defense infrastructure and advisory programs supporting NATO and allied government clients. The position is based in Belgium and is contingent upon the award of the contract.

• Prepare ROM, conceptual, and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects
• Analyze design documents, specifications, and scope definitions
• Support budgeting and financial planning for capital programs
• Develop cost breakdown structures and lifecycle cost models
• Support contract modifications, change orders, and pricing analyses
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating or program cost control
• NATO Security Clearance preferred (CTS, NS, or NC)
• Experience with federal or defense infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing models
• Familiarity with MILCON or similar government frameworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical and Excel-based modeling skills
