* Proficiency with computer software programs and engineering tools such as Micro Station and Inroads
* Ability to perform advanced engineering calculations and make sound engineering judgments
* Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to prepare technical reports and interpret construction documents
* Valid driver's license required at time of appointment
