Do you enjoy solving the problems that happen after a product reaches production? As a Sustaining Engineer, you'll help ensure existing aerospace fastener products continue meeting demanding requirements for performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability. You'll investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, make design and documentation changes, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes, quality, yield, and efficiency.
You won't be engineering in a silo. You'll work across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Field Applications, and customers to take technical problems from identification through resolution.

- Experience troubleshooting product and manufacturing problems
- Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action experience
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and quality requirements
- Familiarity with AS9100, FAA, NADCAP, or related aerospace standards
- Experience maintaining engineering drawings, specifications, and product documentation
- Ability to work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and customer-facing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Self-starter who can take ownership of technical problems and drive them through resolution
Preferred Experience:
