Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all cage transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Process guest transactions including cashing checks, redeeming chips and slot vouchers, making change, and completing slot payouts.
Prepare and issue employee banks to assigned departments in accordance with established procedures.
Conduct fills, credits, even exchanges, paid-ins, and paid-outs accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accountability for assigned funds, keys, and company assets at all times.
Count and reconcile chips, currency, tickets, and checks to ensure assigned banks balance at the end of each shift.
Prepare and verify funds for slot payouts and other gaming transactions.
Maintain accurate transaction records and complete all required documentation in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
Provide professional and courteous service while responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Maintain composure, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
Communicate effectively with Management regarding operational issues, variances, or guest concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects positively on Casino Fandango.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and regulatory representatives.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous cash handling, banking, casino cage, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience with SDS/Casino Marketplace systems preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong mathematical and money-handling skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard company assets.
Must possess strong organizational, communication, and guest service skills.
Professional phone etiquette required.
Ability to respond professionally and courteously to guest and team member inquiries or complaints.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be flexible and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
Required Licenses/Registrations Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Gaming Registrations, licenses, and Title 31 certifications.
Work Environment Must be able to work in an environment containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lighting, and frequent guest interaction.
