Cage Cashier (Graveyard Shift)

Casino Fandango is seeking a Graveyard Cage Cashier to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of casino operations while providing exceptional service to our guests and team members.

As a Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, processing financial transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls.

What You'll DoProcess guest transactions including cashing checks, redeeming chips and tickets, making change, and issuing slot payouts.

Perform fills, credits, and even-money exchanges in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Issue employee banks to assigned departments.

Prepare and process paid-in and paid-out transactions.

Balance and reconcile assigned bank at the end of each shift.

Maintain accountability for all funds and company assets entrusted to you.

Accurately complete required documentation and records.

Provide professional and courteous service while responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.

Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous cash handling experience required.

Knowledge of Title 31 requirements and gaming regulations preferred.

Strong computer and 10-key skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with guests, including those who may be inebriated.

Schedule Requirements Graveyard Shift Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Must be flexible to work varying schedules based on business needs.
