The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Youth Activities Counselor for a shipboard role aboard our Disney Cruise Line vessels. You will supervise and engage children aged 3–17 in a safe, entertaining environment and collaborate with the Entertainment Host team to support department goals.
Flexible scheduling, onboard work locations, and a focus on memorable guest experiences are essential. You will report to the Youth Activities Manager and participate in pre-employment checks and safety protocols.
