Role

Call Center / Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Program

Location:

Carson City, NV — onsite (4070 Silver Sage Drive, Carson City, NV 89701)

Employment type:

Full-time, Temp- approximately 90 days

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 1st shift (standard business hours)

Pay: $17.40–$21.30/hr base, plus $5.10/hr Health & Welfare ($22.50–$26.40/hr all-in)

About the Role What You'll Do
  • Manage assigned provider enrollment and revalidation cases from start to completion
  • Conduct outbound calls to providers and respond to inbound questions
  • Guide providers through enrollment/revalidation requirements and documentation
  • Track case status and follow up proactively to keep cases moving
  • Support backlog cleanup with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deliver a professional, service-oriented experience on every interaction
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Able to work onsite in Carson City, NV, Monday–Friday during business hours
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based work
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in provider enrollment, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare customer service
