Administrative Services Officer 3
The Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) is currently recruiting for an Administrative Services Officer 3 in Carson City, Nevada. This recruitment may be used to fill current and future vacancies as they occur in the following program:
Fiscal. The proper candidate must have the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare, monitor, and oversee the division's grant reporting, federal reporting, and cost allocation submissions. They are expected to collaborate effectively with individuals with varying knowledge and backgrounds to plan, develop, implement, and monitor the division's grant reporting, federal reporting, and cost allocation submissions. They must be able to develop unit goals, priorities, and deadlines as well as coach team members to assist with skill development and professional growth and read, understand and interpret complex state laws and federal regulations.
The position requires effective verbal and written communication skills that are adaptable to different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to adjust priorities based on agency and program needs are a must. The ASO 3 will need to travel throughout Nevada and out of state for training and meetings, therefore they need to maintain a current Nevada Driver's License.
