Esthetician is a licensed beauty professional that consults with clients to assess beauty needs and provide appropriate skin care and hair removal services.

• Engages with clients – building trust and comfort, listening and educating clients on services and products.
• Provides skin care treatments – expert at facial, extractions, clean sings, and other non-invasive skin treatments.
• Provides hair removal services – skilled at addressing trouble areas and ensuring client confidence.
• Participates in operations – maintains a clean, sanitary, well‑stocked treatment area following laws and company policies.
• Builds Your Business – seeks new clients, partners with salon designers to identify those who may benefit from special services.

• Ownership:
  Provide great customer service, cooperate and build positive, inclusive, respectful relationships, take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity:

• 50‑70% commission based service sales*
• 10% retail commission with a service
• * Commission based on credential level, productivity and service sales. Esthetician, Sr. Esthetician or Master Esthetician.
