Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a HOME HEALTH setting, in Carson City, NV. This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NV. HOME HEALTH license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 01/12/2026 and ends on 04/30/2026
