• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Nevada state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Candidates with prior SNF experience in post-acute care, restorative programs, or rehab team collaboration are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, document per facility and regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Client-specific requirement: must be able to provide care in a skilled nursing facility environment and adhere to facility policies. Floating to other facilities may be required per client staffing needs.
