Qualifications- Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited program
- Current or eligible School Psychologist licensure/certification in Nevada
- Strong foundation in psycho educational assessments, special education processes, and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and build connections with students, staff, and families
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and interpret assessment findings
- Participate in eligibility determinations and special education processes in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral and social-emotional interventions tailored to student needs
- Provide individual and small group counseling as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and special education professionals to address academic and behavioral challenges
- Support intervention planning through Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and adhere to professional and legal standards
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
