General Manager - Seven Grille
Location: Carson City, NV, 89701 - $58,000 - $65,000
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, service-driven General Manager to lead our high-end dining establishment. This individual will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue while maintaining elevated service standards.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development- Recruit, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house management teams
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality excellence
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training
- Maintain high staff morale and retention
- Ensure impeccable service standards are consistently delivered
- Personally engage with VIP guests and manage guest recovery when needed
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand, ambiance, and luxury presentation standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and events
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory controls
- Ensure the highest quality standards for food, beverage, and presentation
- Develop and manage budgets, P&L statements, and forecasting
- Control labor costs and cost of goods sold
- Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions and community partnerships
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand positioning
- Build relationships within the local business and hospitality community
- 3+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Proven experience managing annual revenue operations (preferred)
- Financial acumen with experience in reading and managing P&L statements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and elevated dining service standards
- Serv Safe and alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
- Professional presence with refined hospitality demeanor
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
