What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand global talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening and initial interviews
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a seasoned recruiter role or similar position
  • Proven track record in recruiting for senior leadership positions, particularly in technology and GTM functions
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent conversational and written English skills; additional European languages are advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a reputable executive search firm or organizations with a digital or technology focus
  • Strong networking skills and experience sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Familiarity with Success Factors ATS
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and Linked In Recruiter
  • Experience using AI applications for enhanced recruitment processes
