What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
  • Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
  • Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including clerical tasks related to hiring
  • Act as a liaison for pre‑employment processes, including coordination with employment agencies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, selection, and employment law application
  • Basic understanding of organizational structure and knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) applications, ideally iCIMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with the Workday system
  • Experience working with teams across multiple locations
  • Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical processes
