• Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
• Review applicant information to assess suitability for employment and provide recommendations
• Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
• Assist in the orientation process for new employees and manage related clerical tasks
• Act as a liaison for pre‑employment and new hire processes with GMR People Services

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment/selection and employment law application
• Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing while maintaining confidentiality
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook

• Familiarity with the Workday system
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations
• Knowledge of business office operations and clerical procedures
