Position SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites / branches or within functions. This position supports Henderson, Utah, Los Angeles, and Reno, implementing strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Compensation, and Benefits. The role includes recruiting, retention, payroll, communication, orientation and training, and other administrative functions as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to guide and support business initiatives and align them with the Human Resource strategy.
- Act as a change agent, developing transition plans, leading communication and engagement activities, and ensuring managers can handle people matters.
- Establish robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
- Implement, interpret, and administer employee and labor relations programs, including employment, relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, recognition, training, and workforce communications.
- Facilitate and provide training and development, including orientation, to management and the workforce.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees to facilitate problem resolution and day‑to‑day support.
- Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Effectively administer existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Provide Employee Relations expertise and shape the local ER strategy, ensuring policies are legally compliant and managers are trained to handle employee matters.
- Promote diversity‑related initiatives within the assigned area or country.
- Support timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
- Utilize internal and external data to generate reports that support business cases and regulatory requirements.
- Travel as required.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of up to six employees.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Frequently – Sitting, Bending, Walking, and Standing;
Ability to Lift/Carry and Push/Pull;
Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
Physical Requirements
Hands used to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Computer and telephone use required. Specific vision requirements: close and distance vision. Must be able to travel by plane and automobile.

CompensationExpected base pay range: $ – $ annually. Actual compensation determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
