Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help support court software implementation projects. You will assist project managers and program leaders by tracking tasks, schedules, risks, and deliverables while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting technical or software projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Help gather and document requirements for court system implementations
• Support data conversion activities by tracking tasks, timelines, and dependencies
• Maintain project documents such as schedules, risk logs, and issue trackers
• Follow up with teams and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Assist with meetings, requirements discussions, and solution walkthroughs
• Track project progress and help manage scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Support testing, validation, and system deployment activities
• Identify risks or gaps and escalate issues when needed
• Help improve project processes and documentation standards

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Experience supporting software implementation, system integration, or technical projects
• Basic understanding of project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or both)
• Ability to clearly document business needs and project requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
