- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in database administration and maintenance
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with z/OS
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT field
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional European languages are preferred
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical presentations
- Experience with IDMS, CICS, MQ, and z/OSMF
- Proven ability to foster lasting relationships with customers and partners
- Background in application development
- Experience in effectively positioning and presenting technical solutions
- Familiarity with modern development practices and APIs
