Position: Service Desk Lead: ITIL-Driven, People & Process Leader
ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company in Carson City, NV is looking for a Customer Service Lead to oversee service desk operations and ensure high-quality end-user support. The successful candidate will lead a team of support specialists, act as the escalation point for complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, at least 7 years of IT support experience, and strong leadership abilities.

Compensation ranges from $67,900 to $180,000.
