This position is a valued member of the Situs
AMC Endpoint Management Team, tasked with supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the enterprise's physical and virtual endpoint environments. As an Associate Endpoint Support Specialist, you will ensure optimal performance and security for all end users across our organization. Your role will involve creating and managing imaging templates, deploying necessary hardware and software, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and collaborating with the Service Desk and Endpoint Management teams.
Additionally, you will play a critical part in the administration and improvement of our Endpoint Management solutions, addressing endpoint security, compliance, and lifecycle integrity within our corporate structure.
- Deploy security patches, software updates, and application packages using tools like Automox and Microsoft Intune.
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software to ensure secure and consistent environments.
- Enforce configuration and security baselines on Windows operating systems.
- Stay updated with vendor service portals and forums for best practices and patches.
- Monitor endpoint management systems for performance, availability, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues efficiently, both remotely and on-site.
- Document solutions and system changes in the ticketing system and knowledge bases.
- Assist with escalations from Service Desk teams, providing in-depth technical support.
- Implement endpoint security policies for compliance with Microsoft and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits on endpoint configurations, patch levels, and security settings.
- Support major endpoint changes and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance on endpoint tools and best practices to end users.
- Prepare documentation and operational updates for management and audits.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical expertise.
- Be available for on-call support and assist during critical events as necessary.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
- 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in endpoint administration or desktop support in enterprise settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems installation, configuration, and support.
- Advanced skills in deploying operating system images for physical and virtual environments.
- Expert knowledge of patch management processes.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of network and security principles.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork capabilities.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $90,000.00 to $. Compensation is based on interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, and location. Additional benefits include PTO, various insurance plans, and a 401K.
