You will work with global business and technology stakeholders, rationalize our tool portfolio, drive adoption, and assess risk reduction and time-to-value. This role entails providing strategic direction and coordinating cross-functional efforts while ensuring the program aligns with organizational goals and defines success metrics.

You will champion the CNAPP initiative across the organization, enhance stakeholder engagement, and focus on delivering customer value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) including strategy, roadmap, architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization.
  • Drive global adoption by developing guidance, documentation, and engagement programs that support both business and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, engineering, security, Dev Ops, and product) to integrate CNAPP capabilities like workload protection and compliance monitoring into cloud-native application workflows.
  • Establish and uphold platform governance, policies, and best practices to ensure robust protection of cloud assets.
  • Continuously evolve the CNAPP strategy and roadmap by keeping abreast of use case value realization and technology trends.
  • Define and measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on use case effectiveness and adoption.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to executives regarding CNAPP strategy, progress, value delivery, and associated risks.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a product owner/manager in cloud security or related fields with a proven record of achieving business impact.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge to confidently engage on architecture and engineering principles, along with a solid understanding of security, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Exceptional program leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic planning capability to create a comprehensive CNAPP vision and translate it into actionable quarterly objectives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to relate to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
  • Proactive in delivering results in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • 10+ years of experience in information security and cloud architecture, including at least 5 years in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • In-depth understanding of CNAPP capabilities and familiarity with leading security tools.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Specialty) are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, GDPR) is preferred.
