What We're Looking For:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber/networking.
- Possession of the necessary government security clearance relevant to your position.
- This role requires U.S. citizenship due to client contract obligations.
- Security+ certification or higher.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project details effectively.
- Adherence to corporate security policies and a proactive approach to safeguarding assets.
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
As a Senior Federal Project Manager within our Oracle Health Government Services division, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating project teams and cross‑functional support teams across various projects.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and estimates to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Reviewing team deliverables to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and productivity standards.
- Identifying project risks and implementing strategies for their mitigation, while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Conducting internal and external meetings to present project updates and manage third‑party resources to meet project goals.
Certain client‑facing roles may be required to adhere to specific health mandates. Our hiring range for this position is between $70,600 to $141,200 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity opportunities.
