What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber/networking.
  • Possession of the necessary government security clearance relevant to your position.
  • This role requires U.S. citizenship due to client contract obligations.

As a Senior Federal Project Manager within our Oracle Health Government Services division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating project teams and cross‑functional support teams across various projects.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and estimates to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Reviewing team deliverables to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing strategies for their mitigation, while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Conducting internal and external meetings to present project updates and manage third‑party resources to meet project goals.
Important Note:

Certain client‑facing roles may be required to adhere to specific health mandates. Our hiring range for this position is between $70,600 to $141,200 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity opportunities.
