The Nevada Department of Transportation seeks an IT Professional 2 to administer, design, and support Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and the Power Platform. This on-site position in Carson City involves enterprise collaboration solutions, business process automation, complex technical troubleshooting, and technical guidance to agency users. The role operates at a journey level with potential supervisory responsibilities for lower-level IT staff.
Keyqualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or closely related field plus two years of professional IT experience
- Or two years of experience as an IT Professional I in Nevada State service
- Or four years of relevant technical experience as an IT Technician IV or above in Nevada State service
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-smart environment administration
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to end-users
