The incumbent provides timely resolution to users with various IT issues via phone, email, chat, and in person, and manages user accounts in Active Directory and DMV systems.
This journey-level role requires knowledge of AD, ITSM, and security tools such as Duo and CCURE; shifts are Mon 9-6 and Tue-Fri 8-5, with occasional overtime.
