The IT Professional 4 - Application Developer, located in Carson City within the Governor's Technology Office, analyzes, develops, implements, maintains, and modifies applications primarily using Visual Studio on the .NET platform with languages including C#, , JavaScript, PL/SQL, and SQL Server. The role involves mentoring technical staff, designing complex technical solutions, establishing processes, and performing full software development lifecycle duties including application maintenance and enhancements.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or closely related field
- Five years of professional IT experience relevant to the position, with two years at advanced journey level or supervisory/project management capacity
- Experience with Visual Studio, .NET platform, C#, , JavaScript, PL/SQL, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of systems analysis and development, project control techniques, and network topology
- Ability to mentor subordinate personnel and translate data structures and algorithms
