• Manage corporate affairs for Luxembourg companies, ensuring legal compliance with local regulations
• Collaborate with local in-house lawyers to maintain corporate compliance for subsidiaries
• Partner with finance and legal departments to oversee internal corporate restructuring and related legal documentation
• Support the Chief Legal Officer in complex financing and M&A transactions
• Organize and maintain a database of corporate records for subsidiaries and manage KYC and UBO requests

• Master’s degree in corporate business law
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar environment or law firm
• In-depth understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations
• Excellent command of English and French, with strong written communication and legal drafting skills
• Ability to critically analyze complex transactions and conduct legal risk assessments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment
• Experience in working independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
