This Supervisor, Management Analyst position is part of the Budget team within the Administrative Services Division of the Department of Administration in Carson City, Nevada. The role provides supervisory oversight to support client agencies with budget development, monitoring, and fiscal coordination, while also serving as team lead for senior management analysts and accounting staff. The position conducts research and analysis on management and administrative areas including agency operations, policies, procedures, and legislative implications.
Keyqualifications
- Four or more years of applicable experience in job duties with minimum one-year supervisory experience preferred
- High school graduation or equivalent education
- Knowledge of legislative impacts, organizational structure, and long-range planning
- Skill in designing studies and recommending courses of action
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse staff and communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze information and resolve complex problems
