What You’ll Own- Perform TIG welding, including welding in an inert chamber
- Weld parts to manufacturing specifications with consistent quality
- Read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Prep parts using grit blasting and other surface prep methods
- Follow safe machine practices at all times
- Use standard shop and welding materials correctly
- Inspect your own work using handheld measuring tools
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in your area
- Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
- Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
- Comply with Company RSM and all health, safety, and environmental policies
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Help out with other shop tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing and able to pass job‑related testing
- Ability to become certified to AWS‑D17.1
- Must pass applicable vision testing, if required
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
