Production Technician
The Production Technician performs light assembly and manufacturing work focused on building plastic static mixers using both manual and semi-automated processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, repetitive tasks and take pride in accuracy, quality, and safety. The position is on-site in Mound House, NV.
Responsibilities- Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual, semi-automated, and automated processes as required.
- Assemble plastic parts accurately and efficiently, often by hand, following detailed work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
- Consistently follow quality standards and procedures to maintain high product quality.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities for production processes to better meet company objectives and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with team members to support coordination, safety, and problem resolution.
- Experience in production, general labor, or assembly environments.
- Ability to work on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
- Capability to perform compounding or mixing tasks as needed in the production process.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination for assembling small parts.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Clear verbal communication skills to support team coordination and safety compliance.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and workplace safety.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Carson City, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
