The Production Technician performs light assembly and manufacturing work focused on building plastic static mixers using both manual and semi-automated processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, repetitive tasks and take pride in accuracy, quality, and safety. The position is on-site in Mound House, NV.

• Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual, semi-automated, and automated processes as required.
• Assemble plastic parts accurately and efficiently, often by hand, following detailed work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
• Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
• Consistently follow quality standards and procedures to maintain high product quality.
• Identify and support improvement opportunities for production processes to better meet company objectives and customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support coordination, safety, and problem resolution.

• Experience in production, general labor, or assembly environments.
• Ability to work on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
• Capability to perform compounding or mixing tasks as needed in the production process.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination for assembling small parts.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Clear verbal communication skills to support team coordination and safety compliance.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and workplace safety.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Interest in light manufacturing or assembly work involving plastic components.

This is an on-site role based in Mound House, NV, working in a light manufacturing and assembly environment focused on plastic static mixers. Work involves manual and semi-automated assembly processes, repetitive tasks, and handling of plastic components. The position requires standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on task requirements, and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to safety procedures, with required safety training provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Carson City, NV.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
