Perform Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW / TIG) repairs on aerospace castings following approved welding procedures and technique cards;
Inspect weld areas before and after welding operations and verify dimensional compliance using measuring devices;
Prepare parts including preheating, part preparation, and fixturing to support welding repairs;
Operate welding equipment and maintain proper equipment setup while documenting production activity;
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and documentation for welding repairs
