Position Overview

The SMT/PTH Rework Operator II performs rework and modifications on PCBA circuits ranging from simple to highly complex assemblies. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to support engineering initiatives while consistently delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform SMT and PTH rework, repair, and modification on PCBAs
• Utilize soldering tools, microscopes, and rework equipment with precision
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to complete tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve rework processes
• Maintain detailed documentation of rework performed
