Electronic Technician / Mechanical Engineering Technician

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, CNC, PLC, laser, and control systems
• Install and test control systems and equipment
• Order parts to manufacturer specifications
• Perform machine setup, machining, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and company standards
• Assist with employee cross‑training and additional technical tasks as needed
• Electronic troubleshooting – temperature control, CNC control, PLC installation and testing of control systems
• Troubleshoot laser systems
• Ensure compliance with Company Repair Station Manual (RSM) / Quality Control Management (QCM) and ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
• Ensure that all department employees are properly cross‑trained

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Background in electronics, mechanical engineering, or machining/tool & die work
• Electronics, laser, or process instrumentation training preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot CNC, PLC, and electronic systems
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong problem‑solving and hand dexterity
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
